If you find something you love, but envision it in another color, please do not hesitate to ask; you never know what might be sitting on our warehouse shelves. It is always our goal to provide you impeccable service and the highest quality pieces, at the lowest price possible. 

Shipping Policy: 
Ground shipping is always FREE in the contiguous United States. 
All orders are shipped via UPS ground unless otherwise specified. Most orders ship within 2-3 business days. Expedited shipping can be arranged. 

Return Policy
Customers are welcome to return product if not truly satisfied. Due to the individuality of hand-made products, it is expected that items will have unique variations. Please feel free to call us to discuss your shipment, we will do all we can to accommodate your wishes. My Italian Decor will refund the price of your item, customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Damaged Product: 
Because of the delicate nature of Murano/Venetian Glass decorative objects, we do our best to safely package your gifts. In the rare chance of breakage during transit, be assured that My Italian Decor will gladly replace damaged items. Please notify us upon receipt of damaged goods and we will work with the carriers to resolve claims. Save the damaged product and all packaging to help resolve the issue. 

Open Studios Days: 
For those customers that live in Northern California, keep your eyes peeled for the occasional Open Studio Sale including the biannual Bel Marin Keys Warehouse Sale the weekend before Mother’s Day and the weekend before Thanksgiving. Join our mailing list for updates.
